About You: We’re looking for dynamic, eager individuals looking to jumpstart their career in SaaS Sales to join our team of SDRs. If you are excited about solving business problems, willing to roll up your sleeves and dial the phone, love the hunt and celebrating win / wins you could be the perfect fit. No prior sales experience is necessary, but a strong dedication to reaching people with purpose and a passion for technology are key. You’ll start by finding a good fit prospect, live transferring to sales or booking meetings. From there, we’d like to help you grow your sales skills and career with us!
Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation

Leverage provided lead lists while creating new opportunities by self-generating leads through active research and outreach.

Connect with small business prospects, demonstrating Genuineness and Integrity in every interaction.

Conduct high-volume outbound activity, including cold calls and personalized emails, staying flexible and agile, embodying Fast Innovation.

Tailored Lead Qualification

Find good fit companies by listening to their needs and aligning them with ClientPoint's solutions that support small business budgets.

Be driven by an Enduring Winning Spirit, focusing on delivering solutions that fit within a prospect’s business needs and goals.

Live Transfers & Appointment Setting

Ensuring a smooth handoff to Sales Executives by capturing relevant details in ClientPoint's CRM system, Salesforce.

Stay focused on delivering a delightful customer experience, ensuring prospects feel supported and valued throughout the process.

Collaboration with ClientPoint Teams

Provide ongoing feedback to marketing on lead quality, helping ClientPoint continue to innovate its outreach strategies and deliver more value to prospects.
